Ms. Ludwig is a managing member of L&L Advisors, a commercial real estate consulting firm.  She is a retired Partner from JBG Smith (formerly The JBG Companies).  In 2012 Ms. Ludwig founded the JBG Women’s Initiative. She is a member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and very active in continuing to participate in advancing diversity in the commercial real estate sector by providing mentoring and leadership to women and companies in the industry.
