Our panel of speakers will provide firsthand knowledge of major air rights projects in DC and New York where development is planned, under construction, or recently completed. Highlighting the Capitol Crossing, Burnham Place and Hudson Yards projects, these industry leaders will discuss the complexities these types of projects bring to pre-planning/zoning, deal structuring, financing, construction and sales. Ultimately, they will answer whether these multifaceted projects are worth the sweat.
