The CREW DC Member Services/Networking Committee sponsored the “Capitol Crossing Project” Breakfast Roundtable Event, which took place at Arnold & Porter LLP, in Washington, DC. The panel included: Sean Cahill, Vice President of Development, Property Group Partners, Gary E. Humes, Esq., Partner, Arnold & Porter LLP, Laurie McMahon, Senior Managing Director, Principal, Cassidy Turley, and Matt Troy, Project Manager, District of Columbia, Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development. Panelists presented an informative presentation of the 2.2 million square foot development project to be constructed over a portion of the 395 Tunnel.

There  was a lively discussion on the successful coordination of issues resultant from the involvement of Federal and Local Government agencies, as well as private stakeholders, involved in the project. The morning included a light breakfast and an opportunity for members and guests to network. A special thank you to Jennifer Perkins for providing Arnold & Porter’s lovely lecture space.
