Minimum Experience: 
Education/Experience: • College degree preferred. • Two (2) or more years of successful administrative leasing experience. Technical Experience: • Strong clerical skills including, typing 50-60 wpm, accurate record keeping, and file maintenance abilities. • Advanced word processing and electronic spreadsheet/Excel skills preferred. • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint preferred. Other Skills/Requirements: • Strong analytical and organizational skills, including the ability to collect, interpret, organize and evaluate detailed data. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal & written). • Friendly, helpful team player with a positive, customer-service attitude. • Strong problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to work independently and effectively manage concurrent tasks and prioritize accordingly. • Exercise good judgment and takes initiative to properly address and resolve issues. Job Description: 

The Leasing Coordinator is responsible for providing a full range of administrative support to the brokerage professionals within the Leasing Team. The ideal applicant will be friendly with a positive attitude and will remain flexible and organized while multi-tasking in this fast-paced and customer service oriented environment.

• Responsible for the preparation of the following including but not limited to:

- Correspondence
- Proposals
- Tour Packages
- Lease-out Letters
- Commission Agreements
- Fully-Executed Memorandums
- Expense Reports

• Abstract deal terms from Letters of Intent and enter into deal approval/lease request software
• Coordinate tenant tours with Property Management to ensure all spaces are “tour ready”
• Prepare tour packages with customized materials including floor plans, building flyers, etc.
• Prepare various lease packages for approval
• Prepare quarterly reports for brokers detailing tenant expirations
• Prepare option reports for brokers
• Assist brokers with Government submissions gathering building specific information for multiple buildings and assembling detailed submissions
• Enter brokers’ time spent on successful lease deals on a monthly basis and follow up to ensure all time is captured for capitalization
• Process department invoices and check requests for such expenses as catering, test fits, memberships, and sponsorships
• Assist brokers will entering/tracking/maintaining deal related data in leasing pipeline software
• Prepare and submit expense reports
• Assist Marketing Department with custom tour set ups as needed
• Assist Marketing Department as needed with client/broker events
• Ensure building flyers, floor plans (system generated and customized) are up-to-date
• Prepare Tenant credit reports and past Tenant rent history reports for financial review to determine security
• Prepare Monthly Leasing Activity Reports for third party properties.
• Create customized floor plans for space demises, custom tours, etc. including adding dimensions, and labeling
• Schedule meetings, including reserving conference rooms, ordering catering, and coordinating room and A/V set-up
