Job Description: 

Portfolio Management
• Extract information from asset management teams and financial models to build and be responsible for fund-level financial model forecasts and ad hoc sensitivity analyses
• Update monthly portfolio dashboard
• Monitor and forecast fund-level cash flows
• Assess fund-level risk under different scenarios and assumptions
• Provide analyses on the drivers of each Fund
• Provide support to the Asset Management team and Portfolio Management team on FCP’s proprietary Asset Management System
• Work with Portfolio Manager on review of quarterly proformas from the Asset Management team

Fundraising and Investor Relations
• Provide standard quarterly reports and analyses to investors
• Create presentations and analysis as requested by senior management to support fundraising efforts and strategies
• Assist in the development of annual investor conference presentations and support materials
• Assist in investor due diligence
• Create ad-hoc investor requests when required
• Maintain datarooms and investor reporting on Intralinks
• Update Salesforce and maintain meeting notes
• Coordinate investor meetings and on-sites
• Assist in updating the fund section of the website

• Bachelor’s Degree with excellent academic credentials
• Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate analysis
• 0-2 years of work experience in Finance, Real Estate or Accounting desired - recent undergraduates will be considered
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word software
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Motivated self-starter with effective time management skills
• A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment
