Job Title: Business Coordinator/Analyst based in Washington, DC

Overview: Busy executive seeks a smart, energetic self-starter to assist in a variety of endeavors related to the intersection of real estate, new venture, and innovative companies. Mitchell Schear recently formed Ten Square to explore select opportunities to make catalytic, lasting and positive impacts on how we live, work and play. He is seeking a Business Coordinator/Analyst to work side by side with him promoting innovation through the collision of new ideas, solutions and people. Essential Job Responsibilities

Business Coordinator Functions:
• Provide Daily Executive Updates
o Status of all activities
o Executive phone log
o Calendar reminders
• Review and track all Executive emails and print as necessary.
• Draft correspondence and follow up; respond to inquiries and invitations
• Coordinate all Executive meetings
o Schedule meetings and communicate with meeting participants
o Research issues, gather data, and develop materials and agendas
o Assemble and distribute meeting materials
• Monitor Executive calendar, arrange appointments and conference calls and be responsible for coordinating accompanying materials
• Coordinate all aspects of travel, including creating detailed itineraries
• Work/coordinate with Executive’s accounting team; track expenses
• Handle special event planning and coordination
• Handle personal matters as required

Analyst Functions:
• Play a key role in the analysis of various opportunities ranging from start-ups, new companies, and real estate transactions.
• Interpret and develop detailed and accurate financial models.
o Including Cash Flow, IRR, Return on Capital, and other standard metrics
o Perform ad-hoc financial modeling to analyze impact of various scenarios on project returns
• Review and abstract due diligence documents for new venture formations
• Perform deep dive analysis on specific projects.
• Attend meetings both in and out of DC
Knowledge, Experience and Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree required; concentration in business, finance, or real estate preferred.
• Work or intern experience in real estate or related field preferred.
• Excellent computer skills
o Proficient in Excel, including ability to create and update financial models.
o Experience in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook essential
• Proactive self-starter with strong initiative and highly motivated
• Superior quantitative and analytical skills with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Work effectively and remain calm under pressure
o Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
o Exceptional organizational/time management skills required
o Ability to anticipate and meet deadlines
o Adapt well to changing priorities and timelines
• Ability to interface well with people at all levels and represent Executive in a highly professional, tactful manner.
• Must be able to maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality
