CREW Cooking Class at CulinAerie

It was a great night of cooking and conversation at CulinAerie on Wednesday, January 29th. What better way to get acquainted with the most experienced CREW members than creating and sharing a meal together? Twenty-five women chopped, sautéed and flambéed a 3-course meal in groups of four while being instructed by Chef Susan Holt. Chef Susan has held the position of executive sous-chef for two years at Georgetown’s famous 1789, and worked at The Dining Room at the Ritz-Carlton for two-star Michelin chef Gerard Pangaud. The best part was tasting all of the hard work!!
