Our overarching mission remains: Transform commercial real estate by advancing the achievements of ALL women. 

We are creating a chapter where diversity, equity and inclusion are woven into our fiber, driving creativity and innovation:  a diverse and inclusive membership that nurtures belonging, cultivates connections, fosters growth, celebrates difference and develops leaders in commercial real estate.

To achieve these goals, we rely on five essential objectives:  Engage, Include, Develop, Foster and Sustain.  In 2022 we are placing particular emphasis on Engagement and Inclusion – to continue building a community of professionals supporting one another as they advance in the industry.
