Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) DC
invites members and the general public to A Conversation with Leadership
Leslie D. Hale, President & CEO, RLJ Lodging Trust
W. Matthew Kelly, Chief Executive Officer, JBG SMITH
Jodie W. McLean, Chief Executive Officer, EDENS
The program will take place on Thursday, November 20, 2019, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at The Willard Hotel, 1401 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, in Washington, DC.
As we strive to build the most successful workforce in commercial real estate today and into the future, CREW DC has the opportunity to look beyond the norms of the past and shift our focus to facilitating the culture of tomorrow, where nimbleness and diversity lead to creativity, innovation an improved bottom line.
We look forward to engaging our membership and guests on issues of diversity and inclusion related to gender and race conversations and also address diversity of socio-economic background, thought, education, and religion. At the same time, we can foster discussion on harassment in the workplace including male-female dynamics and same-gender and non-binary gender transgressions.
These can be challenging topics and CREW DC is proud to provide a safe and thoughtful forum for discussion with local leaders at the forefront of positive change within their organizations and beyond.
Registration is available through the CREW DC website at www.crewdc.org
. Reporters are invited to attend this luncheon meeting free of charge, space permitting, but must contact Karen Widmayer at 301-661-1448 or e-mail email@example.com
