Looking into the Crystal Ball – Post-COVID
Join us for a conversation with Martha Peyton, Managing Director and Head of Applied Research for Aegon Asset Management, specializing in real assets. In this role, Martha sets the research agenda, monitors and analyses the investment environment and constructs investment strategy. Prior to joining Aegon in 2018, she built and managed the commercial mortgage and real estate strategy and research function with TIAA and was a voting member of the Senior Leadership Team and Investment Committee. Active in PREA and ICSC, Martha is a fellow of the Real Estate Research Institute. She holds BA, MA and PhD degrees from Fordham University as well as the Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) designation.
Martha will drill down from a macro to micro-economic forecast of a Post-COVID real estate landscape and describe the opportunities that real estate investors will pursue in the ensuing real estate economic environment.
