Managing Yourself, Your Team and Your Career
We’ve made it through nearly two years of a global pandemic, and don’t know how many more months there are to go. We’ve been waiting for the “next normal” and everything is still in flux. As we start 2022, we’re past the stage where we’ll be given much top-down guidance on how to respond to the pandemic. Instead, we must acknowledge the fundamental truth (in in the before times): we need to proactively manage ourselves, our teams, and our careers.
This professional development program will address:
Understanding The Great Resignation. What does it mean for you and your business? How are new employment trends affecting women? And how do you maintain a successful and satisfying career path?
Grace Under Pressure. How do we maintain open and honest communication through stressful times and dispersed work? Where does Emotional Intelligence fit into this? And how can you build flexible logistical frameworks in a continuing pandemic?
Upping Your Game. Where can you make a difference for yourself? What areas of personal and professional excellence do you need to attend to? And how do we balance rigor and kindness?
Participants will receive an optional EQ Self-Assessment in advance. The 90-minute workshop will be followed by a 30 minute facilitated networking session.
