Join your friends from CREW DC and VIDA Fitness for a ZUMBA class, where fitness meets fun! VIDA’s ZUMBA class helps participants improve their fitness levels through fun, challenging exercises in a small group environment. Workout includes low and high intensity dance fitness moves to the tune of Latin and World rhythms.
100% of proceeds from this event will support Calvary Women’s Services. Calvary Women’s Services supports women by creating an environment for each unique women to reach their highest potential and empower them to transform their own lives.
