Chris leads JLL’s Mid-Atlantic Region which includes Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia. He provides strategic leadership and support to nearly 1,000 Markets professionals across JLL's major business lines. Fostering collaboration among employees, developing relationships with clients and implementing strategic initiatives are at the core of his key responsibilities. Prior to JLL, Chris worked as an at-risk developer and construction professional for Quadrangle Development and Clark Construction. Some of his notable client relationships are Marriott International; Virginia Commonwealth University; Children's National Medical Center; Trade Point Atlantic; Northwestern Mutual; The Wharf; and the National Institutes of Health. Chris is the winner of CREW DC’s 2021 Game Changer Award, is a member of CREW DC and ULI.

Lida Lewis, Associate Principal - Page
Leading the conversation with Chris will be Lida Lewis, Associate Principal/Interior Design Director at Page. One of the first WELL APs, WELL Faculty, and Fitwel Ambassadors globally, Lida is an architect by training and an interior designer in practice as a leader in Page’s Corporate Mixed-Use group, which encompasses Housing, Hospitality, Retail, Corporate, and Workplace. She designs spaces that strive to enhance the capabilities and culture of staff, maximize occupant satisfaction, and reduce vacancy in a mission to create projects that drive meaningful results for all stakeholders. She was recently a part of ULI Health Leaders, recognized as an ASID “One to Watch” and an ASID design award winner, and regularly serves as an SME in Health and Wellbeing, giving presentations from LA to Oman and writing on various wellbeing topics. Lida is active in the USGBC-NCR and CREW DC and is on the CREW DC Member Services Committee.
