Please join CREW DC for the third book in our Leading with Learning program. We continue the series with “The Hate U Give” by Angie Thomas.
Our first work of fiction, this novel was inspired by the Black Lives Matter movement and explores themes of activism, police brutality, and the tension between poverty and privilege. While written as a book for young adults, Thomas’ book connects across generations to provide a fresh and human perspective.
Register by Feb. 10 to ensure timely book delivery.
