Jeannette Chapman is the Deputy Director and Senior Research Associate of The Stephen S. Fuller Institute at the Schar School of Policy and Government, George Mason University. She joined George Mason University in 2013 as the Research Associate at the Center for Regional Analysis (CRA). Prior to joining George Mason University, she was the Research Associate for Economic Growth and Development at the Downtown DC Business Improvement District. Ms. Chapman received BA’s in Economics and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from George Mason University.

Since joining Savills Studley in 1987, Wendy Feldman-Block has focused on providing real estate services on behalf of major tenants in Washington, DC, and around the country with a focus on law firms, associations, and corporations. Her expertise lies in leveraging market intelligence and structuring transactions that best suit her clients’ unique objectives. She provides a broad range of services including build-to-suit transactions, lease deals, due diligence, and acquisitions and dispositions. Wendy has most recently completed the first project in the DC Metropolitan area to pursue WELL Building certification. She is sought after for her experience in negotiating leases that would enable tenants to pursue this new designation.

Mary-Claire Burick is a strategic leader whose focus is on building engagement and leading change. As President of the Rosslyn Business Improvement District, she is responsible for leading daily operations and creating programs that define, enhance and continually improve Rosslyn for those who work, live, visit and do business there. Her leadership in the area of business engagement has been recognized within the region, and has focused on building relationships and retaining businesses in Rosslyn, as well as working with the real estate community, property owners and Arlington County to engage and welcome new businesses to Rosslyn.

Andrea Murray is a Senior Vice President on the Commercial Leasing team at JBG Smith. Since joining the company in 2006, Andrea has completed over 400 lease transactions totaling over 3 million SF across a broad range of product type throughout the D.C. Metro Area. Andrea was recognized by CREBA as the Developer/Landlord Leasing Agent of the Year in 2017 and as the Rising Star in 2011.
