Self-Knowledge for Success
Understanding yourself at work
Why do some parts of what we do come naturally, and others are a challenge? Why is work with some team members natural while others require extra effort?
Participate in an intimate (limited to 20), fast-moving, interactive session that provides immediately applicable insights to increase your satisfaction and effectiveness at work with the Predictive Index (PI) assessment tool.
PI is a science-based tool that gives insight to our motivators – what drives our behavior. Understanding these drives gives clarity as to why some tasks are energizing and others depleting. It also allows us to better understand our communication and decision-making styles. That understanding, in turn, allows improvement.
